Real-world DevOps & Cloud implementations
Architected and deployed an enterprise-grade, cloud-native AI platform for genomic disease risk prediction. Designed end-to-end AWS architecture with CloudFront, S3, ALB, ECS Fargate, and DocumentDB (Multi-AZ). Implemented asynchronous processing using SQS and worker containers for scalable genomic analysis.
Led end-to-end cloud deployment architecture for a high-throughput document processing platform on GCP. Deployed autoscaling Cloud Run backend (4 vCPU, 8GB RAM) for compute-intensive PDF workloads. Integrated Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) using private VPC connectors for secure service communication.
Production-ready infrastructure with VPC, public/private subnets, NAT Gateway, Bastion host, and ALB. Implemented security best practices with network segmentation and automated deployment.
